This is an update to the review previously posted. Amy Holland from Freeland Animal Hospital called me the very next day and wanted to hear the details herself and did what I was hoping for: she listened, was honest about the situation, gave a steady stream of apologies, adjusted the billing, and made things right. I see that most reviews are from 8 years ago. There might be a reason. This is a recent interaction at the end of March 2021. Due to Dr. Grosser retiring and Freeland acquiring his Post Road clients we went in. I was assured that records were up to date but they were not and our young dog was vaccinated for 2 shots he did not need. When I pointed this out, Dr. Freeland seemed helpless to acknowledge the error and apologize and take off the cost of those shots. Easily within his reach to do so. Very good place to get our little Cavachon taken care of. She continues to stay healthy and we are very comfortable asking for any kind of help we need. She was groomed there this week and looks adorable. Thanks Dr. Freeland and staff.
