I had a Great buying experience My family and I have made several purchases from Freehold Dodge dating back to the 70's As always I was very happy buying my new Ram. Gary was very informative about the truck. He worked hard to get me the best deal possible.

Class from a dealership to their customers! I walked onto Freehold Dodge just to “look at” a white Dodge Durango that has caught my eye for weeks. By no means was I even looking to purchase a new car let alone an SUV! Gary walked outside and greeted me and I figured I’d get the whole car salesman pitch and figured I’d have a hard time walking away. New Car Lease By far the greatest car buying experience I ever had. I was able to walk in and lease a new Ram within one hour with no hassle! Brian Forman and Bryan Hughes were awesome!

Very honest and down to earth guys I am a general contractor and I had a Dodge Ram 3500 repaired there about 6 months ago and I was very satisfied. I then bought a Dodge Durango which was used and we got it for a great price. And just last week I purchased a Subaru Outback and they were great to work with. I now may purchase a Jeep Wrangler from them once they find the one I’m looking for. Highly recommend them if you want honesty and respect.

Service Department is atrocious My vehicle has been at the service center for two weeks and has not even been looked at yet. After speaking to the service manager he advised they might get to it next week and advised if I didn’t like it to take my vehicle elsewhere
Great experience with Salesman Sean Galvin . Salesman did the right thing manager was a little shaky. but ultimately got s great deal. really annoying that this survey makes me type more than 25 words.

Get the car you love I decided to go back to freehold dodge for another possible new lease once my first one from them was up. I can honestly say that both times I was there, the customer service, inventory, prices and overall experience was nothing short of being outstanding. Bad communication So on feb 25th I spoke with kim Thomas via email about a truck they have for sale. They had just got the truck in and had a few things to take care of. So we made a appointment for feb 28th at 430pm. I drove 45 min to look at the truck but when I got there the salesman(Morton Brach) looked the truck up and said I dont know why kim told you to come it's not ready to show. He brought the truck out anyway and I glanced over it and understood it needed to be detailed and all. He said it wont be ready to next we... read more
