RecommendedI always had good service when I brought my car in. Everyone there is helpful, kind, and knows what they are doing. and may I add they have a lot of patience!
let me count the ways why I do not like this dealership. Trying to buy our car once the lease was up. Finance people at the dealership are rude. Just to let you all know....they charge a documentation fee of $400 to process a check from our bank. Supposedly they can't wave that fee. My husband works for Ford. He has purchased at least 8 vehicles through this dealership and has recommended them to several people. NO MORE. Very abrupt when questioned why there was a fee. My sister in law uses them frequently. So I took my car there. They took care of everything I needed in a timely manor and did not pressure me into services that were not needed. Matt was terrific in answering my questions to get my car back on the road. Thanks Freehold Ford.
Service department personnel are very nice and helpful. Waiting room is nice and inviting since it’s been redone. Fees for work are reasonable and I trust their work. Linda at the cashier desk is a pleasure!
Great people and service dept is excellent
My family has been customers of Freehold Ford for many years. The sales department is up front, honest and fair. The service department is excellent! Two weeks ago I had a problem with the control buttons on my steering wheel. I thought it was only one side but they checked both sides and fixed both sides. Also the check engine light was on. I want to give a big shout out to Assistant Service Manager Mike Worman. I called him two weeks ago to schedule my Explorer in for service. He told up front they were slammed and could not get me in until the following week. Brought the truck in set me up and was out the door in 10 minutes. Mike make the process easy, he has always been upfront with scheduling, pricing and taking care of the issue the first time around.
