Terrible customer service. Service department extremely rude. Truck has been in 3 times in last 6 months & still the same problem not being fixed

I couldnt believe how fast and pleasant our experience was...we didnt feel pressured at all like other dealers and they worked very hard to come to a good agreement that was beneficial to both of us...I recommend freehold Ford and Will Farrell to anyone car shopping...p.s. we love our new 2019 Ford Escape!
