This place is atrocious. After having my husbands work truck towed there on a Friday, we were told it would be looked at on Tuesday. We then called on Tuesday and were told they were backed up and they would look at it next week. Fast forward to the following Tuesday and no word from them. We called again and were told it would be another week before it was looked at. There is no other. None of that crap let speak to my manager stuff straight and fair.
Lester Soto was great to work with. He gave us a fair price within our budget and took the time to answer a thousand questions. We didn't feel any pressure throughout the whole process and drove away very happy in our new Forester. Would definitely recommend Freehold Subaru and especially Lester!
Great experience buying a car here with my daughter. Salesman Mort was patient and answered all our questions regarding the used Chevy Cruze. We liked him immediately and felt comfortable dealing with him, especially with my first time buyer daughter. This was probably the best car buying experience I’ve had during my lifetime. When we are ready to buy another car, my family will look here first.
