Not one to complain at all but I guess it's time to start doing my own oil changes or take my business some place else?.. Last time chipped and scratched the paint on my hood, This time chipped and scratched my "shaker"??
Very disappointed with my visit to this dealership today. Salesperson refused to negotiate or entertain any offers. Was actually told the sticker price could not be lowered by even $1 which is ridiculous as well as rude. I will never go there again and will tell my friends about my terrible experience.
