Nick had horrible customer service. I tried to put a down payment on and was promised it wouldn’t be sold. And they sold the vehicle I was prepared to put $20,000 on.
I had originally set an appointment with Freehold Dodge service for my passenger side mirror to be replaced on Sept 28, 2020. I told them what the problem was and they told me they would order the mirror. I then switched the apt for Oct 2, 2020 which they accommodated me with. I took this day off without pay so I could get it done. I spoke to 3 separate people in the interim. So I go to the dealer service center to have it done and low and behold they don't have my mirror in. It was never ordered. The service guy then tells ... read more
Worked with Brian and Jeff to order the exact truck I wanted then salesman John B. made the process simple and quick. John took the time to explain everything and even helped with a great price on my trade-in. Would recommend John and the Freehold Dodge team. Very happy with my first RAM truck.
