The worst experience. They had me drop my car off 4 times for the same issue. Then they make a huge body line dent and don’t even tell us they did it. We saw it when we got home. Really disappointed.

John was incredibly helpful and very upfront about everything and all the options available to me. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get me a good deal of my lease. Strongly recommend this gentlemen to anyone looking for a straight shooter who won’t take you for a spin. 10/10

My brand new RAM had a pretty bad vibration at speeds over 40MPH. Went to Freehold Dodge RAM to have it checked - after a day of "checking" they called me back giving an excuse that the truck's tires were flat spotted due to spending too much time sitting in the driveway. The funny part was when I went back in and listened to the service advisors talking to other customers - same excuse over and over in both Dodge/RAM and Subaru sections.
