I've been seeing Dr. Ellis for about a month for neck pain, and the results have been incredible. After my very first adjustment, the pain and that constant pressure feeling in my head were completely gone. I feel amazing and wish I hadn't waited so long to come in! Dr. Ellis is excellent at understanding our health concerns and addressing them with care and expertise. I was looking for a local chiropractor for occasional adjustments and chose this office based on the great reviews. The staff was very friendly, and my initial visit was great. The reason I won’t be returning is the extremely pushy sales approach. I received multiple calls and voicemails focused on getting me to sign up for an extensive plan with multiple visits per week, which felt unnecessary for my very mild hip issues, especially given my age (27). Dr. Ellis is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and truly listens to your concerns—I never feel rushed. I'm only a third through my treatment plan, and my neck pain is gone, my range of motion is much better, and my sleep has improved significantly. Bailey at the front desk is always friendly and makes scheduling easy. Appointments are always on time, and I'm usually in and out in under 15 minutes. Highly recommend Dr. Ellis and his team at FreeForm—they're excellent!
