Word of advice to any buyers. By the way, the prices are really good. If you buy an item that is STILL IN THE BOX, make sure you ask to look at it before you PAY for it. I bought two Bassett mirrors and was able to take one home. When I unboxed it, it has 6 cracks on the frame. Since Freed's is going out of business, there are no exchanges, returns, etc. Basset Mirror Company has a limited warranty on their mirrors so I called them up. The customer service at Freeds Dallas is terrible. I have had an issue with a sofa and loveseat that I bought. I have been working on this issue for the last three months and I still do not have it resolved. Numerous calls have been ignored, I have called and put on eternal holds. I would leave messages - only to be ignored. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM FREEDS!!!!
