Put in an application a week and a half ago- I understand application processes can be lengthy, so I kept checking availability on the property we applied for. After a week and a half, I get an email saying that the property we applied for was no longer available, but we could look at other options for more money. I’d understand first-come, first-serve basis if it was told, but we were never told that the apartment was being looked at by another applicant. THIS PLACE IS SCAMMING PEOPLE. do not apply. they had a deal for a month of free rent if you apply by the end of april. i make more than enough, no evictions, no criminal record. i got a simple email reply saying “thank you for your application. you have been denied.” i’ve reached out via email twice and left a voicemail so i could know the reason i was denied. no reply. sounds very fishy to me. looking at other reviews you can see even the people that are current tenants don’t have anything positive to say about this proper... read more
We’ve been renting through FreedomRemi and it’s been overall very nice. They respond pretty quickly to maintenance requests and have kept our apartment complex looking nice.
Love living here, been here for years. Great communication with staff, we love our apartment.
