I don't understand this property management. We are residents that are living in these apartments. And they changed the lock on one of the outside secure door.. So we asked for 3 keys only for myself and 2 other adults who live in the apartment. They didn't say anything to us. then one day they were outside and I over heard a conversation from property manager and whoever they were taking to telling them that they were not giving out the keys because anyone could be able to access the building. It's a shame how we are residents here, and they didn't care about your well-being. First thing happening it was girl staying above us, and stood upstairs and beat the floor as much as she could. My realitive was working from home and her headset will pick up background noises and you can't have all types of noises going on working for a call center, and she could have gotten docked for things like that.
