Decent apartment units but absolute piss poor communication. I'm surprised some reviews say the women in the office are helpful because that is not my experience. If communication is something you value from your leasing office id say to avoid this place.
We’ve had nothing but issues since getting approved for an apartment owned by Freedom Remi. We had a day set up to move in and were told the day of that that date didn’t work anymore. We cleared our schedules and took time off of work to make sure we had time to actually move in, but just had to take more time off for the new date. The maintenance man NEVER came in to fix things around the apartment before we moved in and the cleaning crew did the WORST job they could’ve done.
