Absolutely love Freedom maid and the owners. The have been cleaning my house for over 7 years and I have been so impressed with thier professionalism and care. The owner Brent came out personally to give me the bid and talked them through all the options. They do a great job every time and you can tell they take pride in their work. I also love their give back attitude and involvement in the community.
The lead team member is the same each time or I am given notice of changes. I appreciate this courtesy because I want the same team leader for each appointment to insure consistency and communication. I also am given notice if the team is going to be late - which rarely happens - so that I can arrange my schedule accordingly.
