We contacted them back in April. And it's the end of November now. Still, nothing. Dei classes are included and required! Not to mention the fact after you take the classes you get absolutely nothing for it! The whole process is explained poorly! They don't exactly tell you the truth! Please!! Whatever you do for the rest of your entire life, DO NOT do any sort of business with this company! Freedom sent a flyer in the mail, I decided I'd give them a call and get some information on all the specs. Why did I do that!? The rep who answered is working from home. She reads the script from her pc. She was reading like a bedtime story. After she finished reading, I had a couple general questions....right then and there off the bat, she was rude for no reason. After nearly 6 months, still no money! Lots of questions, and always more to do for them. They have not done anything for me! My Caregiver was required to take a DEI class. Worst experience! I keep hearing thier commercial, it makes me want to puke!
Not paying me what they initially signed me on to make. Called and they had a valid reason however, one should honor the pay they say they are going to pay you upon hire.
