People at freedom care staff are nice they communicate with you to make sure you succeed and your loved ones are trusted by you to take care of them their health and well needs.
We contacted them back in April. And it's the end of November now. But now I just found out it'll be another 3 to 6 months.You can count on it being over a year before you get anything!!!!!!! LIARS LIARS LIARS!!!!!!! Dei classes are included and required! Not to mention the fact after you take the classes you get absolutely nothing for it! The whole process is explained poorly! Please!! Whatever you do for the rest of your entire life, DO NOT do any sort of business with this company! Freedom sent a flyer in the mail, I decided I'd give them a call and get some information on all the specs. Why did I do that!? The rep who answered is working from home. She reads the script from her pc. She was reading like a bedtime story. After she finished reading, I had a couple general questions....right then and there off the bat, she was rude for no reason.
