Very nice place with kind and professional management! A fitness room, a laundry room on each floor with working washer and dryer’s! Pool table on one floor and lounges on each floor! A library also! Gated community and secure parking spaces! The Best Senior complex in Passaic County! 👍🏾
I would not give this place a star they do not do the proper paperwork especially when it’s time to moving out. They all cover up for each other even when I showed proof of our paperwork Make sure you keep your email letters and pictures together. They do not bother to read anything they charge for light bulbs and the key fob to go out is always broken and they tell the tenant constantly they will be getting new ones and then they charge the tenant $50.00 for the key fob when it's there problem that the key fob is not workin... read more

I just call to ask can I see apt. and leave application. The Lady was very welcome ,nice and answer all the questions.. Sorry I didn't now she's name, but I will see her at Monday, and make new post whit her name...So nice and polite..I like that!!!
