My visit to Freedom Urgent Care on 7 August 2025 was very pleasant. For I am pleased to state that this medical clinic is wonderfully manned by very competent and caring professionals.
My visit from start to finish was excellent. The staff were very professional, knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. I was informed of every step of the process, from the check-in Clerk, MA, NP, XRAY tech to the Nurse. I would recommend the WS YOUNG CLINIC for a very thorough and excellent experience.
Kind and efficient
Great care and service. I guess it just all depends on what time of day and the staff on shift. I'm just basing it off of other urgent care facilities.
