Personable staff that understands the budget needs at all levels. They won't try and oversell. Robert showed me up front details of what needed done under my truck and he didn't seem rushed. I was very impressed! They stand by their work too! Had a lower ball joint boot rip that was installed 4 months ago. They will replace it on Tuesday morning. Unfortunately I hear the Euclid location is closing soon. Hopefully they will be joining one of the other many Des Moines locations.

They were very honest and let me know that the work I needed on our car should be done at the dealership so it wouldn't invalidate a warranty we had. I appreciated that and will be back.
