Freedom Septic got us scheduled in a timely manner to have our tank pumped. Their guy that came out was professional and really patient with my children who wanted to watch and ask questions, he had a good sense of humor and was very friendly. Thank you Freedom Septic.
Great group of people, all very knowledgeable in their field. Very sympathetic to our situation. The day after we purchased our first home, the septic system backed up and flooded our basement! Yes, we had an inspection done by another company before we settled on the house, but they sucked. Freedom came out right away, and they were able to schedule the perc test and replacement of our system very quickly. Always answered our questions and made sure we understood what was going on. Reasonable cost as well.
I appreciate you guys coming out and doing work. But we have two main doors that include screens, so was it really necessary to leave the invoice laying in the middle of my front yard? I mean you could have honestly just hung it on the door inside the screen....I guess a blade of grass was easier to hang it on?

I apologize that the invoice seems to have blown off the front screen door. I verified with my service technician, and he did in fact place the door hanger on the screen door handle. Our apologiies again.
You need to make sure that your shitters are not put somewhere blocking EV chargers. We need to able to charge to get to work and home to our families!!!!
Honest and reliable. I say honest, because I had a problem with my bathrooms odors. I called Freedom and they told me to run water in little used bathrooms. It solved the problem and cost nothing.
Putting shitters in EV parking spaces. can you imagine if they put them in handicap spaces?
