Recently received a beautiful new roof from freedom builders! Had the pleasure of dealing with Tyler as my rep. He went above and beyond dealing with the insurance for me making sure I got what I needed!he made sure the process was streamlined and professionally swift! Hell I’d let him date my sister! Great guy, great roof, great company.
Tyler was the absolute GOAT. I was totally expecting to pay for a new roof out of pocket since it was 25 years old, but he came out and met with the insurance adjuster and got them to cover a majority of the cost, even with the ACV amendment on my homeowners policy. On the day of installation, their crew was amazing too. Brandon was very helpful, answered all our questions n concerns. The crew was very sufficient, on time n they did a tremendous job at cleaning everything up afterwards + made sure to move any n all lawn decor n flower arrangements out of the way so no damage to personal property. Also put everything back on its proper place. I can’t recommend Cole and Freedom Builders enough!! I messaged Cole about doing a roof inspection of my house and he was there the next day. He had a claim in a few days later and shortly after I had a new roof. Through the entire process Cole kept me updated with everything that was going on. He was there when they started and there when then finished. If you need a roof inspection, Cole with Freedom Builders is your guy!!
