Great customer service. They were very helpful when inspecting my roof.
Brandon was very helpful, answered all our questions n concerns. The crew was very sufficient, on time n they did a tremendous job at cleaning everything up afterwards + made sure to move any n all lawn decor n flower arrangements out of the way so no damage to personal property. Also put everything back on its proper place. I can’t recommend Cole and Freedom Builders enough!! I messaged Cole about doing a roof inspection of my house and he was there the next day. He had a claim in a few days later and shortly after I had a new roof. Through the entire process Cole kept me updated with everything that was going on. He was there when they started and there when then finished. If you need a roof inspection, Cole with Freedom Builders is your guy!!
