Terrible customer service! I’ve always used my comp points to pay for my husband’s scooter so they took my comp points & also charged my credit card. It was a hassle to finally get my points back. Thomas never treated us that way. Bring athl as back!!!

Older blonde lady with glasses was really rude to my handicap brother. Would give 0 stars if I could. Could not believe they let someone like that with that horrible of customer service work.. she basically stalked us our entire trip making us very uncomfortable, was almost on the verge of making a legal issue out of it. Name tag said “freedom ride” and didn’t have a actual name tag.

I would give them a zero if possible. Having been calling for over 10 days needing a scooter because of broken hip and no one will return calls or emails. Have called over 40 times and left 3 emails. Beau Rivage has called and no one will answer their calls either. Just awful. Hope the Beau Rivage can contract with a different company so we can all visit and have fun. Having to cancel trip because of this rental companies incompetence.

My husband has rented a scooter from Freedom Ride for our last two trips to Beau Rivage. I LOVED it....and I believe he did too! He was able to get around so easily - it took a lot of stress off of both of us!! We did have an issue with the last scooter - didn't stay consistently charged. We were able to work with it though - I left a note in the basket of the scooter when we left - hope it's been looked at!! Will be making arrangements with FR for our upcoming trips!

Don’t waste your time trying to call this company. Will not answer.....will not return calls. Left many voice message, a written note on the counter and not ONE message has been answered. Rent from an outside source! If you have issues with your scooter (too small and wouldn’t charge), you are charged full price anyway! You can’t get issues resolved because you can’t get your messages answered!! I would have given a 0 rating if I could!
