At our final walkthrough inspection everything was nitpicked on. Anything and everything was called out from dust on the base board to a spec of dirt on the lazy susan. Apparently we are being held responsible to repaint the entire place due to discontinuation of paint. We only lived there 7 months. We were willing to do our own touchups and the only solution given was repaint the entire place. It is a way for the property management company to keep the security deposit.
