I went in there the other day to look at a specific bike. I had called about it the day before and spoke to Carl. When I went in there, they had the right floorboard off. I asked Carl what they were doing and he said “I knew you were coming to look at it so I had them get a recall done.” I said oh okay, what was the recall? He said he’d go ask. A big thank you to Freedom Power Sports in Denton. My wife and I were bringing my Spyder there for repair. We got stuck in a huge traffic backup due to an accident. We were not going to arrive before they closed. I called them and they said no problem. We were about 15 minutes late. They were so kind an gracious. I will gladly ride up to Denton from McKinney to let them work on my Spyder.

I just stopped by here one day on a random whim, and met Rebel. Great guy, and great selection of motorcycles. As a novice rider, he was more than happy to answer all of my questions. I plan to go back now that I have completed the MSF course.
Here I am, working on my own bike AT Freedom Powersports of Denton because they have not touched it in two weeks. Turned it in two weeks ago to replace brake and throttle cables, grips, new turn signals, and battery. They gave me the wrong battery twice and there seems to be no realistic way the turn signals were going to be put on. It shouldn’t take me driving out here to look at it one time in two weeks to figure this out. I bought a 2019 Can-Am Spyder limited f3 Marcy whyte my sales person did a fantastic job I highly recommend her as a salesperson and would definitely talk to her again when I go into the store again
was working on what I thought was a deal on a 2020 can am side by side. I was told I could my payments at one rate and I was like ok let's do it. Then after they ran my credit I got the old switch on payments like they didnt know where the lower payment came from. Well I have emails to back me up and we shall see if they stick to our conversations as I asked to make sure they had the correct payments and they confirmed. Great group of people jumped through hoops to get us in what we wanted
My bike broke down and had to have it towed to the closest Indian repair which was Freedom Powersports in Denton. They have had it for 5 days and haven't even done a diagnostic on it since we didn't have an appointment. How do you make an appointment to have it looked at when you're sitting on the side of the road. Dave was told that they had other work in the shop and didn't know when they would get to it.
