On Wednesday evening we booked our appointment with Evelyn, who was very nice and professional. The next day, David (Pipe Specialist) came out to our property right on time to assess the condition of our pipe. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and promptly emailed us a competitive quote and a link to a video that clearly described the work to be performed. Thanks Freedom Plumbers! I had sewer main problem with an old cast iron connection. Evelyn, who was the coordinator was super nice and very pleasant to talk with, went to great lengths to ensure that I was taken care of! Dave came by to give me an estimate. He was very friendly, patient and helpful and really knew what he was doing and also super nice! Then Robert C. and Jeremy (Big Country!) S. came out to fix it. Excellent!!! We were told All American Plumbers were the best, so we called the BEST ... Calling and scheduling with Evelyn was easy and very informational. She understood our problem and said there was no charge for their Pipe Specialist David to come out and video inspect our Sewer line. She said they already know we have a problem - they didn't want to charge us on top of it, Thank you Evelyn! Thanks to Lucas Higgins, I will never use anyone other than All American. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and quick. I hired All American Plumbing for a service at my Mother in laws home.Lucas is a great asset to the company.

They are the best ever, they will go out of their way to take care of you, highly recommend them from Clara, I had a problem a few weeks ago but they have resolved it, you can't go wrong with them and Tony the manager is excellent.
