Fantastic job. Needed 200+ bags in a crunch. I mean, within days of a huge conference in Atlanta. It was a Friday that I found them online, they checked their workload, and although they were very busy, they happily took my order. It was confirmed that very afternoon, and they rushed to get me taken care of. WOW. The bags are very nice, but the customer service was 5 Star. I know who to call when I need quality bags. Their website even states that they help people in a crunch. They do!
Our experience from the beginning with Freedom Plastic Bags has been amazing. This is what I call a local, family owned, all-american business! They were so easy to deal with, went above and beyond to get our last minute job completed and they got the bags to us a week before we needed them! From initial phone call, to design, printing and shipping, the entire process took 7 days! So good! We will refer this company to anyone needing bags and you need to consider them your go-to source for printed bags!
My experience with Freedom Plastic Bags has always been a pleasant experience. They were fast (did I say FAST?) and the owner was extremely helpful. I was a bit concerned about the one negative review, but when I tried to find out more about the fictitious person who posted the review, I got nowhere. The person doesn't exist and apparently just signed up to make a false/defamatory review of a business they never did business with.
