They get no stars. They canceled my policy before due date and was asked to pay extra ****** to get reinstated. Driving 2 days without being insured because correspondence stated different date.

They accepted my application and then the next business day they called to deny my policy. For whatever reasons they said, they said I wasnt eligible. I had already canceled my previous insurance AFTER they accepted me and now Im out of $110 and ZERO insurance. Now Im waiting for them to refund my money and looking for car insurance once again. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. 100% SCAM ARTISTS

scam company will steal your money, keep you on the phone for hours with no help. and they aren't shy to hang up on you whenever they feel like it. they owe me thousands!

If I could leave **** STARS, I would! This is - ** *** - the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with! I chose them because the rates were cheap, but so was the service. My husband and I needed to file a claim. We didn't hit anyone or anything, but we ran an exhaust pipe over on the highway and it damaged the underside enough to cause the ** compressor to fail and shut down all electrical components on our vehicle. I have been with freedom national for 4 years now and they have been excellent and extremely friendly in service the gave people, I love their services and awesome customer service too. Recommended to everyone who is looking for auto insurance company.

I wish I could give them no stars. Horrible company and horrible customer service. I was quoted $300 a month for insurance, which I thought was a bit steep, but I did have an accident and a ticket on my record. I paid for the policy and 2 days later they changed it to $600 A MONTH!!! Thinking this must of been a mistake, I called and to my surprise this WAS NOT a mistake. I really wish I didn't have to leave any stars at all! This is by far the worst company that i have ever done business with. Customer service is a complete joke. I called in to stop auto pay (which i never authorized in the first place) and they were closed so i went online to my account to process this request myself. I went through all the steps just for them to take my money out of my account anyway. Had renewal come up for six-month policy. Had to go to monthly policy for a few months and pay monthly due to finances. On the Free National site a new policy app will not process. They keep transferring me to underwriters Freedom National claims can restructure my policy for monthly. But a quote for Freedom National does not appear for that underwriter. BUT WAIT ! AS I WAS READY TO SIGN MY DOCUMENT'S, I PULL UP THEIR REPORT FROM THE BBB. THANK GOD I DID I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH WHAT I READ.
