WANING!!!!!!! Stay away from this junk yard of a business. This guy is very, very, very!!! dishonest and will not own up to anything after you drive away from his lot. He gives you a month warranty that everything in the car works A-ok and as soon as you drive away the car starts to break down. BE AWARE OF THIS THIEF CRIMINAL!!!Im pressing charges against this thief, for assaulting me, harassment, and threating me; after he left a cheap pair of sunglasses on the car he sold and he refuses to fix it. I expressed my fears about buying a used car to the owner (manager?), Mr Ozzy. I asked him to please be honest with me since I didnt know anything about cars and was new in town. He could have taken advantage of my confessed ignorance about automobiles, but he didnt. Dont let the size of their lot get you into thinking that they won't have what you want. My experience with them was noting short of fabulous. Unlike some dealerships, they won't push or persuade you into just buying any car, they help narrow down what you want based on your budget and needs in a car. They'll tell you the pros and cons of anything you want to know about. Not to mention their cars were immaculate. Having been to the big dealers and going round and round, it was nice to talk to a place that told me straight up what type of interest rate I could get and they where very easy to deal with as far as price. Made me feel like they wanted me to buy the car I wanted...not sell it to me. Not a big place...but if they have a car you would like to buy...youll be very happy about the way youre treated!
Freedom Motors and Ozzie in particular offer outstanding service and a great selection of used cars.Honest, fair and willing to work with you any way he can. Ozzie brings outstanding "customer service" and puts a very human experience into purchasing a used vehicle.Also, he works with the most up front group of mechanics you can hope for.Above board and dependable !!
The only thing I have to say is WOW! I am struggling to make it back after some very difficult years, and I needed a car badly. After I had been to nine other dealers, all of whom tried to press me into something I could not possibly afford, Joey the Bus Driver from MTD recommended me to Ozzie. I have never had such good customer service in my life. He actually listened to my needs and gave me a car -- and a price -- that exactly fit the bill.
