Went out of their way to hell and make sure I had correct parts. Only one's willing to work on my older bike. Suoer friendly.
I ordered a part online, realized in under 10 minutes that it wasn't what I wanted, contacted Freedom, and canceled the order. They had to call me back, which happened very shortly afterward to confirm their warehouse didn't pull the order. All was good. Fast forward, I hadn't gotten a refund yet. Then, about a week after the cancelation of the order, I get shipping confirmation within an hour of calling to ask what the status of my refund is. Called and asked what's what.
