Unfortunately, I have to edit my review from a 5 Star to a 1 Star. I purchased my 2012 BMW 328i back in December with 80,000 miles on it. I wasn’t educated on extended warranty options, and they didn’t seem aware (or maybe not care) about an expired limited warranty on the vehicle they were selling me. Within barely 3 months, the timing chain and oil pump were a lost cause and needed replacement. The thing is, the limited warranty expired at 7 years/77,000 miles. This place is amazing! My fiancee I went here to purchase our BMW X5. I can honestly happier. I have never felt like a dealer cared about the customer more then the sale of a car. Purchased vehicle from this dealer. Employees and owner were very nice to deal with. I asked if there were any fluid leaks and was told no. On the drive home the check engine light came on. I called dealer and although they offered to diagnose the code for the problem I was told I bought vehicle as is and got a very good deal. I paid $5500 for the vehicle which amounted to all of my savings. I took the vehicle to a local shop for them to diagnose the problem.
