they are absolutely a scam. They claim to be a pro veteran company. I am 100% disabled veteran that has lost the use of his knees being injured in the line of duty. Because I get paid at the end of the month they refuse to help me by switching my due date from the 1st to the 31st. This makes my mortgage 30 days late as well as giving the company an extra 75 dollars of late fees. They offer zero help or solutions to this problem. I can not work and live of limited income. they incorrectly assessed and paid my previous real estate taxes leaving them to reflect DELINQUENT. They then raised my mortgage $400 and explained taxes went up $3k which is INCORRECT (it is because they are past due from last year and will not pay). They have refused to pay the past due amount continuing the delinquency cycle and still collecting an extra $400 from me monthly meanwhile im accruing interest and fees at my assessors office. FRAUD!
