Terrible people to rent from.
I recently moved into Simsbury Centre Apartments at 969 Hopmeadow Street and had an excellent experience. David, (Cowboy Dave)the leasing coordinator, was exceptional throughout the entire process. From the initial application to move-in day, he was consistently professional, responsive, and helpful. The apartment is well-maintained, and the location is both convenient and peaceful. I highly recommend Simsbury Centre Apartments, and I truly appreciate the outstanding service provided by David.
Customer service is excellent and they stayed in contact with us through the entire process. The quote that was given was more than adequate. Office Staff and Agents were extremely personable and professional.
This is the worst company to work with if ur not a elderly single person they find every reason for u not to rent to them
