My friend and I went to freedom Honda over the weekend to look at cars. We stopped at the Freedom Honda at 4955 New Car Drive. Her and I were treated with respect and all of our questions were answered. I was so impressed by how we were treated that my husband and I went back up there last night. With Freedom Hondas help and support and I am now a Proud owner of a 2016 Honda. If you want great customer service go see Craig at that location.

Stopped in around 10:30 this morning to look at Honda Pilots. A salesman quickly approached us. He never introduced himself. He was easily distracted and he kept disappearing on us. So we left during the last time he disappeared on us. Evidently he was not interested in selling us a car. Very disappointed.

Was very happy walking out with a Honda certified pre-owned 2013 Pilot. It had 28,580 or so miles on it. Come to find out when I brought it back for my 1st oil change, only put 6k miles on it, that I had to pay for all the 30,000 mile service stuff. I spent over $31k for the vehicle and they didn't complete the 30k mile service on before they sold it because it was 1,500 miles under. Completely disappointed. When I brought it up I was told "We can give you 10% off of labor." Most likely won't be coming back.
Been there for service on our 04 pilot was treated awesome and the work was quality. Also I visit frequently for parts on my project car at home and a young lady by the name of Angel was very helpful and made sure I got everything I need in a timely manner
Incredible customer service! These people went above and beyond to make sure I had all my questions answered. Even though I didn't leave that day with a car from the lot, I was very impressed with their high level of professionalism!! Definitely recommend you come here for you next vehicle purchase! :-)
