5 times there and my Honda Pilot still isn’t fixed. Find another dealership.

Based on the last three days, I do not recommend this facility. Late or no returned calls. Additionally and separately all 4 windows are rolling down in my Honda, on their own. I bought the Honda less than a year ago and asked if there any issues, any known issues at all that would affect my business decision to purchase the Honda that I have now. Very happy with staff as we leased our car and very happy with our deal. We referred our best friends and they were very happy with the purchase of a CRV hybrid. Yesterday we had an unusual situation We went in for a service and had a very bad experience 2 and a half-hour waiting poor out come We reported it to the Service Manager without a response. This is unusual and expect a good response
