Do not recommend this furniture store at all!!! They will lie to you, just to make a sale and get your money!!! Quality of their furniture is very poor quality!
So we ordered a couch and loveseat in November 2024, was told we would have before Christmas....we still have not received it was told today could be couple of more days to ship, went today to get a refund in order to get a refund charged a 20% restock fee which was$ 382 we had to so we didn't get full price back....this company sucks do not do any business with them....highway robbery charge a fee to restock something they don't even have.
I really enjoyed shopping at freedom furniture!! Great prices excellent customer service & they treated me just like family!! If your around Sumter SC or Manning SC & looking for quality furniture make sure you stop by!!
