**DO NOT BUY** Unfortunately My couch broke after 2 weeks and it was custom-made for me in a custom color. So it’s not like they were sitting in their store for a long time being used. They said it would be ready in 3 weeks. It took about 8-10 weeks which I was ok with until it broke when I called them. They said that I can come in and get any couch that I wanted as a trade however, when I went in, they said they would give me a discount and Never held up to their word they wanted to charge me $900 Instead of the $1600. Do not recommend this furniture store at all!!! They will lie to you, just to make a sale and get your money!!! Quality of their furniture is very poor quality!
So we ordered a couch and loveseat in November 2024, was told we would have before Christmas....we still have not received it was told today could be couple of more days to ship, went today to get a refund in order to get a refund charged a 20% restock fee which was$ 382 we had to so we didn't get full price back....this company sucks do not do any business with them....highway robbery charge a fee to restock something they don't even have.
