Freedom from addiction is hands-down, the best treatment centre in Ontario and probably all of Canada. From the staff right down to the food the experience was top-notch from top to bottom. One of the few places in the addiction, mental health world where they actually address the root causes of addiction. Lots of one-on-one time with counselors, which is rare. The staff and program here at Freedom truly change lives. In all interactions I’ve had with staff they’ve been extremely welcoming and informative about both their program and helping me understand addiction more as a non-addict myself. They have a wonderful facility and caring staff well equipped to support your loved ones through recovery. I highly recommend Freedom From Addiction if you or a loved one is struggling - even if only for a consultation.

I hate to even have to put one star. They take advantage of vulnerable individuals by taking their money when they are at their lowest. After detox would not refund money paid for program. Took my son off of prescribed medications from a psychiatrist. Understaffed. Stay as far away as possible
