Worst experience ever. Did a shitty job and left stuff a mess. Didn't clean up at all. They didn't have them running before I had to start paying for them. I had to raise hell for them to come back and clean up the mess they left on my newly finished wall. Took way longer than they said it would. Would not recommend.
James Arthur, the salesman at Freedom Forever, a solar panel installation company. He lied about there being no bill for the first 2 months other than cost for meter about $12-$15 he said. He lied about being there for me, even after the installation. He said if I ever had a problem he would be there. Well I had a problem from day one, the App he encouraged me to download was not and still is not recording the power usage and solar usage correctly. Installation process went fast and smooth with message updates along the way. Great crew and bid! Had great support response times when speaking to someone on chat box in the customer portal and salesperson
First, despite the company’s name, Freedom Forever does not act “forever” in any positive way — they keep customers on hold indefinitely. Second, their customer service is extremely poor. I had a solar panel removal scheduled for today, but no one showed up. I only learned what happened after I called to ask where the technician was, and was then told that the appointment had been cancelled without any notice. Stay away, I’m serious. I have an open credit line of over $21000 that is now affecting my credit and my personal life on being able to finance other things. It started with a door knock salesman. We welcomed him in and were genuinely interested. Went through a whole pre approval process and was told there’s still preliminary inspections to ensure we will be able to get solar.
