Very very satisfied with freedom forever and their service. James Arthur was great and helped the entire time. we told him we wanted to watch the process with the neighbors first and all 3 were satisfied so we decided to give it a shot. happy we did. we will continue to refer anyone to them. Call in and ask for him.
I’m so happy we were able to find a program and company that benefits older people and those on a fixed income. James Arthur was amazing and helped us the whole process. After seeing numerous people go with freedom we wanted to give it a shot. So happy we did. We’ve already recommended 3 others who are going solar as well. Can’t express enough how grateful I am.
Do not use this company if you are in Oregon. They are happy to take your money without telling you they have no one qualified in the state of Oregon to work on electrical systems. If anything goes wrong (and many many things have gone wrong with our system) you will wait months for them to finally find anyone available to send out to service the system. And their customer service is non-existent - their only customer service number takes you to an AI chatbot that can answer no questions and never gives you the option of spe... read more
As a fellow solar company owner, I’m absolutely disgusted by the lack of professionalism shown here. Your rep blatantly ignored the clearly posted No Soliciting sign on my property and proceeded to pitch solar anyway. If this is how you train your team—to disrespect homeowners’ boundaries just to chase a lead—then it speaks volumes about your business ethics. We work hard in this industry to build trust and credibility, and companies like yours make it harder for all of us. Do better!
