Installation process went fast and smooth with message updates along the way. Great crew and bid! Had great support response times when speaking to someone on chat box in the customer portal and salesperson
First, despite the company’s name, Freedom Forever does not act “forever” in any positive way — they keep customers on hold indefinitely. Second, their customer service is extremely poor. I had a solar panel removal scheduled for today, but no one showed up. I only learned what happened after I called to ask where the technician was, and was then told that the appointment had been cancelled without any notice. Stay away, I’m serious. I have an open credit line of over $21000 that is now affecting my credit and my personal life on being able to finance other things. It started with a door knock salesman. We welcomed him in and were genuinely interested. Went through a whole pre approval process and was told there’s still preliminary inspections to ensure we will be able to get solar. Very dishonest sales practices. I was promised by their sales representative that I would not have to pay anything until my solar panels began offsetting my electricity bill. Since my system was installed close to winter, it would have made sense to wait until spring, but Ruben, who operates in the Yakima area of Washington State, assured me I would not have to pay anything during that time. Unfortunately I did not get his face but this is the second time (not sure if the first was the same company but all solar) I have had a sales person show up at my house and have come real close to calling police because they won’t leave when I nicely tell them I am not interested. Next one is probably not going to like the response. Madras Oregon.
