AWFUL. DON'T DO IT! The only thing good was the sales guy. After that all will go in the toilet. Took longer than was told for set up. They had to come out multiple times to fix whatever they did. They did a SLOPPYYYYY job. When you call customer service you'll be on hold forever. Theres always "more than 10 callers ahead of you" when you call. My portal has none of my documents in there. I am beyond annoyed. PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THE GREAT SALES MEN THEY SEND OUT!
Do not allow these guys to visit your home or sign any paperwork with them for an estimate. I invited them last year for a solar project estimate but ultimately did not proceed with the proposal. Despite this, I recently received a loan certificate from Mosaic stating the project was approved and completed. I am currently working with Mosaic to resolve the issue and will be seeking legal counsel if it is not rectified promptly.

Run don’t walk from this company!!!! Try calling the number listed to talk to somebody. You won’t get through. Also severe misrepresentations by their sales department. Isaac Harrison for one. Why did he say he is with the utilities commission? If their lips are moving they are lying
I would give less than a star if I could. We had our system put in December of 2023. After the first few months we were paying almost as much to SCE as we were before solar. I called repeated ly for 2-3 months.
