The Freedom Forever installation team of Raul, Manny, and Bryan (aka Street Sharks) did a terrific job today reinstalling and reconnecting our solar panels after a recent roof repair. They were punctual, personable, professional, and proficient. I am very disappointed in freedom forever. They installed our panels in August, but they didn’t turn them on until November. Once it was turned on, we continued to pay both SCE and freedom Forever and SCE bills were the same amount as they were before we had solar panels. We’ve called freedom forever frequently and they finally sent someone out and there seemed to have been something wrong with the battery connection.
