The Midnight Riders did a great job. I had been told there was going to be a one day delay, but they showed up early on original scheduled day! They had to wait for local inspection, but returned the next day to complete the job. Tim day good job explaining the process and the components. Highly recommend !
I have such a bad experience with Freedom Forever. I called requesting them to cancel my solar project on June 2024. They always tell me that they will cancel but never do it. I have been calling to all offices around the country, sending emails and all can do to resolve this situation with no luck. I have been sent back and forth between Freedom Forever and Mosaic regarding this cancellation but none of them have showed any interest in the matter as today, a year later. The installation was completed and the electrician never finished. So when the guy came to turn it on I. ( my husband had an email of instructions s how to turn it on!). It was not hooked up! All wires just hanging for three weeks. And they wanted my husband to flip the switch. So I could have been banking all this sun. But so far this process has not been good. Several updates! Got solar through them. The lady who sold me the system was great. She has been the only one who has tried to help us. When the system was installed they damaged my new metal roof. When I let them know, they reached out and sent a tech out. The tech admitted to my wife and I that he didn’t have much experience with metal roofs. Which was fine everyone starts somewhere. He said he was surprised by the damage and shocked. He put extra sealant around areas he said were “worrisome”. Then I heard absolutely nothi... read more
Paying college kids to walk up people’s driveway at night and knock on doors soliciting your crappy service is absolutely absurd. Stay out of my town and take your business somewhere else. No one wants it.
