I am a resident of Rhode Island and freedom forever just installed a solar system for me. The RI solar incentive “REF program” is supposed to be handled through the installers and after speaking with multiple people over the past 4 months. Everyone assured me that it will be taken care of. Now I found out that they never filed a single thing and now I’ve lost $5,000 of state assistance that I mentioned repeatedly is a priority for me. If you can, go with another company who actually cares about their customers.
I had a great experience closing the deal with Luis, he’s such a sweet young man. They came quickly after I signed the contract and when their crew come in to install the panels. Tim, Luan, and Zack and everyone else that was here were quick and easy to work with. No mess left behind, very cordial and polite crew. I’m very pleased. Just waiting for a cheap electric bill to come soon 🤩
The Green Mountain boys crew did a wonderful job installing the panels. They were quick, detail-oriented and extremely focused as they knocked this out within a 6 hour window! Looking forward to my solar panels go live.
My experience so far with freedom forever solar has been top-notch. The installers the green Mountain boys did an awesome job installing panels and tying in the electrical in one day. The customer service is great. They worked very professional. I would recommend them to any homeowner.
Erick and the dragoons were great!!! Speedy installation. Very respectful, neat and informative crew. They showed up and shoveled 4-5” of frozen over snow off the roof and got the job done in no time.
