I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Freedom Forever. Their on-site installation teams were excellent — professional, efficient, and the system itself was installed cleanly and works well. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Their customer service is brutal. If you don’t have the time, energy, or expertise to constantly advocate for yourself, look elsewhere. So let me speak about this company a bit. I was hired a few years ago to be a warehouse manager. I was given a near impossible task. I was told by my boss "the only reason we didn't fire you is cause you've been working 16 hour days" My team and I busted our ass to drastically improve inventory accuracy and when we hit record number for our area I was told it was suspicious. Worst company when it comes to ethical business. We were a subcontractor for them and have not been payed for our services for months with poor communication constantly pushing us off claiming we are a top priority for payment. Just an embarrassing company as a whole. If their commitment to their subcontractors (the ones actually getting their projects completed for them) is the same way they treat their customers I feel bad for you. Do yourself a favor and do not get trapped into their shady practices.
Run don't walk from this company. They are great at taking your money, they do that on day 1. Over one year later I still do not have operational solar panels. The installation of the solar panels was "fine" albeit 6 months after it was originally scheduled. However, their efforts to work with my local utility provider to actually connect the panels to the grid are non existent.
