Tried to do business with freedom forever for the home battery but the sales guy kept adding solar panels onto the deals, Signed a loan well over a year ago and after a few hurtles I called (within a couple days) to cancel everything within their policies. Loan bill is still coming in and they aren’t answering the phones or their support emails. Mosaic, the loan provider is even less help
I Highly recommend anyone interested in Solar ... Don't Do it! I had a Sales Rep come to my home with Freedom Forever on 07/08/22. The Install on our Home was not Long After. Everything seemed to go Quickly. Then it came time to get the Permission to Operate (PTO). Freedom Forever was absolutely useless with this. When it was all said and done, I had to get my Arkansas Senator, Arkansas Congressman and the Arkansas Attorney Generals Office Involved to get Freedom Forever and Entergy to Both Finish Up to get the System Turned... read more
Don't recommend, the daily interest alone is more than our daily power usage previously. Not worth it. Plus the "tax credit" is non-refundable so you can not use it to pay on your system!!!
You can cancel anytime before installation, but they will still hit your credit for a $12,297 loan and you will have to fight and argue for years in order to get it removed from your credit. It's been 2 years and they still have not removed the loan amount from my credit report. It says I need to make a payment by may or march 2025 and if not it will effect my credit. Then a law suit will take place. I wish I could put zero stars
Update: loan interest alone is more daily than my power usage!! Loan and price for the system is shown in the pictures if you decide to go ahead... Oh and I got a cheaper quote (by $8000) but they wouldn't cancel or match it. ! How about you take the panels off my property??? Yeah tried to get customer service and keep getting the same runaround. Have called and emailed and little to no response! Do not use!!! Adds extras after the contract "that need to be upgraded".
