Horrible sales man Collin Huun will tell you anything to sell solar and does not have a clue as to what is going on!! Promised a referral fee for $250 for another job which freedom did. And another problem is I was promised if I was paying electric and on my loan at the same time I would get reimbursed for the loan amount for that month. I was lied to. I was promised that my monthly power costs would be cut significantly and instead, I’m now paying double what I was before. My sales rep told me that all I’d end up paying to my power company would be a monthly connection fee, $30 tops. My average monthly bill with my electric company was $125-150. With the solar panels, I’m still paying $125-150 to the electric company, plus $150 per month to the solar company. So now I’m paying $300 per month to have electric. So we were going to get solar panels but canceled. So instead of it being canceled they went ahead and followed through with the loan and didn't install solar panels. So now my wife has hits one her credit because she has a loan on her that was supposed to be canceled. Now mosaic is asking us to pay for a loan that we never did anything with.
