Watch out for Pounding Mill Ford's service department! I took my Lincoln there and, after hooking the car up to the diagnostic machine, they claimed a cylinder needed a new coil and plug. A couple hours later I was told the car ran fine now and gladly paid them $180.Shortly after leaving, I noticed the exact same "missing" which they claimed to have fixed. When Pounding Mill Ford was told about this, they said I would have to pay for a new diagnostic. Of course, if they are once again wrong, I will be wasting even more money... read more

spent 5 hours in this dealership wanted a 2006 ford explorer explained to them i wanted to use my local bank due to already had approved financing told them the payment i wanted they kept coming back with a payment that was 100 dollars or more than what i wanted, they ran my credit through their finance companies after i had already told them i wanted to go through my own local bank..... then when we left they followed us out to my car still trying to make a deal.. the next day i went to a smaller locally owned car dealershi... read more
