Our truck had a slow coolant leak. We have a family friend who is a 30 year retired Ford mechanic who saw the leak on the passenger side with his scope (just didn’t have the materials to fix it). We told Freedom where the leak was- they repaired the drivers side instead, which we didn’t realize when we picked the vehicle up. The same day, we realized the turbo was still leaking, identified they never fixed the passenger side, and now we have to pay $1700 to actually get the passenger side fixed!
