Jake and Dianna were so amazing! They helped Keanan and I glide through a huge step of our new life together that could have been so stressful. I can honestly say besides my schedule, that they worked with ALWAYS, this was the least stressful thing going on in our life! Huge shout out to them, Hallmark Mortgage and Trademark Title for pulling it all off without a hitch!! They will be my go to from here out and the first people I would recommend!

Dianna and Jake are very honest and friendly realtors. They help you look for what you love and won't stop until you do. The nice part is that they keep you going and encourage you that there is a perfect home for you when you feel out of luck. If you want a real estate firm that truly cares for you and your happiness, look no further. Dianna and Jake did everything we could have asked for and more from pointing out flaws in places we didn't see (which thankfully talked us out of some places we are happy we didnt settle upon) to accommodating requests that were a little different (bringing documents up to my work so I could sign them).
