Ken and Jennifer were amazing! Went in with intentions of trading in my current concealed carry pistol to upgrade and downsize but wasn't sure what trade in value would be. Jennifer took the time and got out several different models for me to handle and compare. After making up my mind and having my old pistol to trade in Ken gave me a deal I couldn't say no to!
