I had an appointment at 10a.m. With an email confirmation. Now this place wasn’t easy to find and I was 5 mins early after looking for it for around 20 mins. I waited and waited then after 20 mins it seemed pretty clear that she was not there in her office at all. The front office people had no clue that she wasn’t there or where she was.
