Two two weeks to start work on bike when quoted five days max. Didn't address either of the main issues that the bike was taken in for. Bike left in worst shape than when it arrived. All around poor experience sad to say used to be the only place any of my family or friends would take there bike. Doubtful any of us would even pick up a set of gloves now. Talked to the owner Rip who apologized and did help resolve most of the problems.
None better in OkC. Nice to talk to service people who are riders, who know what they are talking about and will give out 'tips' to those of us who like to work on our own bikes. Also, a good selection of good used parts. If you have a basket case this is the place to go.

I moved to the Dallas area a couple years back and really miss this store. Definitely nothing out here that compares to the quality of service you will receive at freedom cycles
