knowledge, these cats know what their talking about and will help when you don't. I wish I had gotten the gentelmans name that help me last time I was there, he took me out and showed me what I needed to to do to fix my problem and got me the right part. No oil leak since I did what he told me and showed me how to do.
They have the quality, certified mechanics, but the price is unbeatable. They work with you to get you everything you need to do most of the work yourself and are the best at those jobs that most of us don't have the tools or time to handle ourselves. They have an incredible selection of parts already on-hand, and have saved me weeks of riding time over the years by having what I needed before I needed it. The best motorcycle shop I've ever seen.
