Did not properly brace the shared wall a of the building next door while demolishing their main project. This compromised the wall and foundation to the next door building on 16th St. The Mack family was ordered to leave the premises as it was deemed unsafe. They were unable to collect their belongings and the building collapsed 12 hours later.
