I got rear ended at a stop light and my insurance sent me here for the repairs. Heather was awesome. Explained everything well, answered all my questions and was also very kind. They were prompt with responding to calls and they got my car repaired in a reasonable time.
thank you for taking such good care of my daughter's car. We are in another state and it was great to have somebody taking care and updating her as well with the repairs of her car. We really appreciate it.
Had my car for 4 3 months and when I was told my car would be ready I was dropped off by enterprise and was told my car would still not be done and stranded there and had to find my own ride back to my place. The girl behind the front desk (the heavy set one) Would not give me any information and just walked in the office and shut the door behind her. This place lacks professionalism and takes way too long. Worst experience of my life I should’ve went Collision or Erwin.
