Frank and Tracy were excellent today, very friendly and also professional. it was the best experience I've had at a dealership. we live an hour or so away from the dealership. I saw an add for them through cars.com that was on Facebook. I had my wife call yesterday to talk to a salesman it took 3 different calls before talking to a salesman which with the phone calls and being put on hold wasted over 1 hour of her time. She goes to your dealership today and gets handed $5.00 and basically seemed we don’t want ur business.
