Physician Assistant Javier Esquivel in charge of this clinic. 1.- you will have to wait at least 45 min to be seen. 2.- You will be lucky if your calls are answered. 3 .- Phone messages are never answered. 4.- Referrals take longer than other places if they are sent. Front desk lady has an attitude and doesn't greet the patients at all. Calls never get picked up. My father needed referral and given the wrong referral numerous times. Due to staff not following up on the proper codes. Javier Edquivel is a Physician Assistant not a doctor. Instead of acknowledging the error and fixing the matter. This clinic sucks big time. The receptionist never answer the phone and when they do they say that they're short staff, I don't believe that they are short staffed all year around. I have spoken with multiple patients there and they all said that when they need to make a appointment that they rather go and make the appointment in person because nobody will answer the phone. Dr. Javier need to hire more people asap.
