Best friends of mine purchased an Albino Clown for $3000 about 8 months ago, snake came sick and has been sick since they’ve had her. Well Freedom Breeder was told of this and they’ve been updated since day 1 of her condition, multiple rounds of antibiotics and nothing has worked and multiple trips to the vet. Freedom Breeder has the absolute WORST customer service in the world. Their Website SUCKS, and in 2020, a website that can’t add simple shipping charges to a simple order is Pathetic to say the least. I’m glad this happened prior to placing the $55k order for new cages we need. ANYONE reading this review should shop ARS Caging, you will thank me in the long run. A little customer service goes a long way.
